Carl’s Jr. Coming to North Bergen

While we’ve known about Hardee’s coming back to New Jersey (Read 2013 Article) – in fact it’s open in a town called Willingboro – but their sister chain Carl’s Jr is a whole different story. Well, that might change as a sign is up on Tonnelle Avenue next to Target, promoting the proposed construction of a new Carl’s Jr. location.

For those who don’t know, Carl’s Jr. is a burger chain that is pretty much only on the Western side of the US, though according to their website a location in Somerset is now open – which was originally a Hardees that opened in 2015. Carl’s Jr. was described as “more upscale” than Hardees in the same article, so perhaps they will continue their Eastern expansion with Carl’s Jr. instead?

Their menu (View Menu) covers all the fast food burger checkboxes with charbroiled burgers, chicken, salads, fries, breakfast and more. Full info on the chain at their website (Visit Site).
