YO! Sushi has launched its new menu developed by Executive Chef Mike Lewis. These new dishes come straight from the streets of Tokyo, inspired by Lewis’ most recent tasting adventure in Japan. The new menu, which features a vast assortment of both traditional and contemporary Japanese small plates, pulls from Tokyo’s vibrant food culture and showcases an eclectic mix of Japanese food styles. The update boasts over 90 dishes including sushi, salads, hot dishes, and Japanese desserts — all served on YO! Sushi’s conveyor belt — which is refreshed every two hours (View Menu).

“On the heels of our one-year anniversary of the first YO! Sushi opening in the U.S., we’re thrilled to debut our new menu in each of our locations across the country,” said Alison Vickers, Business and International Development Director of YO! Sushi. “With our Group Executive Chef, Mike Lewis working arduously to revitalize our current menu while further enhancing our fast, yet fresh approach, the result is a unique, well-rounded dining experience reminiscent of urban Tokyo – with a YO! twist.”

The new menu is available now at all U.S. locations including Garden State Plaza in Paramus. For more information on the new offerings, and to keep up with the latest from YO! Sushi, visit their website or find them on social media.
