Opening Alert: Cocohodo, Closter, NJ

Cocohodo, the Ho Do Gwa Ja chain (What is Ho Do Gwa Ja?) from Korea, has opened an outpost in Closter in the former home of Yolala. The chain, which specializes in the walnut-shaped pastry filled with red bean mousse and walnut chunks ― also offers hot and cold drinks plus ice cream and more. This is the first standalone store in NJ for the chain ― they currently have popups inside Red Mango in Palisades Park and formerly one at Woo-Ri Mart in Northvale.
