Restaurant Openings for February 2015

Grilled brisket with “locro” beans, pork belly and salsa criolla at Emma in Englewood

It’s been cold. It’s been wet. It’s been snowy. But that hasn’t stopped restaurateurs from opening this month – in fact the shortest month of the year counted more than 15 distinct openings. If you haven’t had a chance to try, hopefully March will be more forgiving in terms of weather.
