Family restaurant Ranchero Cantina in Emerson, with it’s selection of Texas and Mexican fare, is now serving their autumn menu. They are commemorating the fall with braised and smoked meats ― including a beer-braised short rib served over creamy grits and a smoked duck drizzled with pomegranate sauce. The dining room is not the only beneficiary of changes to the menu this season, some bar appetizers have been added to complement football viewing like a bison sausage seasoned with chipotle.
