Prohibition River in Nyack’s “New” Launch Menu
Update: Prohibition River Nyack is now open
Prohibition River (our full preview), the gastropub from Executive Chef Jonathan Placek (he’s been running the kitchen at Bailey’s Smokehouse since 2009) , is getting closer to launch. We’ll Unfortunately never get a chance to taste the winter menu previewed in March (maybe some of it will appear next winter), as the opening has been delayed till summer. Silver lining? Placek has sent over the summer menu, which should double as the launch menu.
