It’s been a while since James Colistra and his Montclair-based company Farmer Jim’s raised money via their Kickstarter campaign. This week they announced they now accepting pre-orders for their next batch of ketchup.

Since we last spoke to Colistra, he’s located a kitchen in Montclair at St Luke’s Church to work out of and plans on getting nutrition info and UPC codes on his bottles. He’s also been in the test kitchen as well, working on a bourbon-flavored ketchup among other things. Moving forward this year, he hopes to get Farmer Jim’s into stores & restaurants and then hit the local farmer’s market circuit this summer.
