Closter Farmer’s Market and Sogno Coffee House (Westwood) mainstay Corbett’s Cookie Bar Kitchen, announced this evening that they are opening their retail store in Warwick, NY (Orange County) tomorrow, December 27, 2013 from 2:00pm till 6:00pm. 

Launched earlier this year by former CPA Cheryl Corbett, Corbett’s Cookie Kitchen specializes in completely from scratch cookie bars using all natural ingredients. They feature a menu of standard and seasonal selections, all of which are quite indulgent. Some flavors include Caramel Apple Crumb, Raspberry Crumb, Pretzel Brownie and S’more Bar. 

Corbett makes everything herself (crusts, marshmallows, etc) and she’s been hitting the farmer’s market circuit to get the product out there. Locally her products have been sold at the aforementioned Closter Farmer’s Market, Sogno Coffee House in Westwood and Red Mango (Wyckoff & Tenafly), but the shop is their first foray into retail. The store will sell a variety of their treats, plus coffee and presumably some other surprises.
