Chef Jamie Knott Guests at Fascino in Montclair January 21st

This answers the question of who will be running the kitchen at Fascino in Montclair when chef Ryan DePersio brings his services over to Saddle River Inn on January 21st. Chef Jamie Knott from Saddle River Inn is back at Fascino after 10 years. He’s bringing his team and contemporary French cuisine. This dinner will showcase their philosophy, which is to use the highest quality ingredients that are hand-selected from local farms and foragers. Enjoy the seasons harvest as it is carefully prepared and presented in a pre-fix dinner menu (see below).
