Chef Ryan DePersio of Fascino in Montclair will be the guest chef at the Saddle River Inn on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Chef DePersio will be bringing his Italian Without Borders Cuisine while Saddle River Inn Chef Jamie Knott (who previously worded at Fascino as Chef de Cuisine) will guest chef over at Fascino.
