House of Malaysia Fort Lee Expands Menu

House of Malaysia, the new restaurant focused on Malaysian cooking on Main Street, has expanded on their “soft launch” menu as expected. Owner David Weng revealed that this new menu is not final either and will expand sometime in December. His rationale of rolling out the menu in segments is due to the “complexity” of food being produced out of his kitchen and this gives them the ability to slowly perfect taste and technique as they move to a full menu launch.

SweeTea, the bubble tea/smoothie/flavored tea concept also operating inside of House of Malaysia, is fully operational with a line of tea drinks (see below as well).
