NY Jets Cooking School “Tailgates” in Early November 2013

This Saturday marks the final visit to MetLife Stadium for Institute of Culinary Education’s (ICE) New York Jets Cooking School for this season. This weekend they bring “Jets Fans Tailgate Favorites” with a curriculum of New Orleans cuisine. On the day’s menu: Cider Braised Baby-Back Ribs, Grilled Chicken Andouille Jambalaya, Smoked Duck Breast Po’Boy and New Orleans Style Grilled Bread Pudding.

The next day when they square off against the New Orleans Saints, the event will conclude with a back-stage tour of the stadium, along with an exclusive parting gift. Each guest will receive complimentary Wüsthof Classic 6″ cook’s and 3″ paring knives, valued over $190.
