Update: House of Malaysia Fort Lee is now open

Construction is well underway for House of Malaysia on Main Street in Fort Lee. The Malaysian restaurant, which presumably will serve “a truly Asia exotic cuisine”, is also sharing construction and possibly ownership of a Taiwanese smoothie, juice and bubble tea shop named T Baar (which has outposts in Brooklyn and Manhattan). The window of House of Malaysia is adorned with what looks to be a sampling of their upcoming menu, including satay, curries, roti and various noodle soups. The locations formerly housed another restaurant and a computer repair shop.
