Menu Update: Bamboo, Northvale, NJ (All You Can Eat Sushi) May 2012 (CLOSED)

We took a look at the re-opened Bamboo Sushi back in February. Quick refresher: The current incarnation features an All You Can Eat menu (a la carte is also available) with both sushi (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc) and kitchen items (dumplings, yakitori, salads, etc).
This week they launched an updated menu (as reported on our Twitter and Facebook accounts) with a larger sashimi section, new regular rolls and the addition of 7 new specialty rolls. The price changed as well, with lunch costing $19.95 and dinner costing $23.95 every day of the week. They’ve also added a $10 prix-fixe lunch “a la carte” special (Tues-Sun).
