(For those who’ve forgotten, Bamboo in Northvale offers an All You Can Eat made-to-order sushi menu. For a flat price, diners get a menu of soup, salad, dumplings, etc, meat, noodles, tempura, sushi, rolls/maki, sashimi and ice cream. Last time we wrote about Bamboo, the price jumped and the menu expanded. This time for their “seasonal” menu change (it appears they will be changing the menu every 3-4 months), the chef skipped any changes to the kitchen menu and focused only one the sushi rolls. Six new rolls were rotating in with six being retired for the time being (a few like the fan favorite Sushi Sandwich are still available on the a la carte menu). And what will certainly be a boon to business and to fence-sitters unsure of the All You Can Eat proposition, the price has been dropped to a very competitive $23.95 for dinner (lunch is still $19.95).
