Capon’s Burgers, a burger concept from celebrity chef Josh Capon, is headed to Bergen Town Center in Paramus.

Signage is now up at the mall announcing the 2026 arrival of the eatery, which is described as a “no-frills burger joint” from Capon himself — known for his appearances on Food Network and as a fixture in the NYC dining scene.

It serves up “seriously satisfying burgers, fries and milkshakes”—offering a casual experience from the chef behind numerous high-profile ventures.

The menu features burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, and shakes.

This marks the first New Jersey location of Capon’s Burgers and the second overall—the original operates within Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Capon is expected to open his first Jersey restaurant later this year—Capon’s Chophouse is coming to The Shops at Riverside sometime in 2025 (Read Full Story).

An official opening date has not been announced.
