Tacoria, the “Mexican street kitchen” chain, has added another Bergen County location.

The brand began by a couple of Rutgers grads “who really love Mexican food” will open this weekend in Ridgewood.

This will be their latest storefront – they already operate in nearby Edgewater and Paramus.

Food is made fresh daily with no freezers and features (View Menu) tacos, nachos, burritos, salads, quesadillas and more crafted with proteins like chicken, chorizo, and carne asada along with vegan options like rajas (roasted corn, poblano peppers), fried avocado, and brussels sprouts.

The chain was named among Jersey’s best tacos last year (Read Story).

An opening is currently planned for this Saturday, June 28th.
