Hong Ban Jang is Coming Soon to Tappan
Hong Ban Jang is expanding to Rockland County.
The restaurant known for Korean-Chinese comfort food is coming soon to Tappan at Tappan Plaza.
With outlets in Palisades Park and Fort Lee — the latter of which opened in 2022 — the company has been in business since 1985.
With various rice and noodle dishes — offering over 100 “special recipes” — along with many meant to be shared (View Menu).
Their food menu ranges from simple to “luxurious sophisticated”.
No word yet on a potential opening date.
