Opening Alert: Hong Ban Jang, Fort Lee, NJ
Hong Ban Jang, a new Korean-Chinese restaurant, has opened in Fort Lee. This is their second location, with another on Broad Avenue in Palisades Park.
They’ve been serving Korean-Chinese cuisine since 1985, offering over 100 “special recipes” created by their cooks.
The menu (View Menu) includes “simple dishes” like jjajangmyeon, jjambbong, and fried dumplings along with “luxurious sophisticated” ones.
It’s currently open seven days a week from 11:00am till 9:30pm.
