Tacoria, the “Mexican street kitchen” chain, is adding another Bergen County location.

The brand began by a couple of Rutgers grads “who really love Mexican food” and the spot is slated for Ridgewood.

This will be their latest storefront – they already operate locally in Edgewater and Paramus.

Food is made fresh daily with no freezers and features (View Menu) tacos, nachos, burritos, salads, quesadillas and more crafted with proteins like chicken, chorizo, and carne asada along with vegan options like rajas (roasted corn, poblano peppers), fried avocado, and brussels sprouts.

The chain was named among Jersey’s best tacos earlier this year (Read Story).

No word available yet on an opening date.
