Fat Choy, the highly lauded (Read Story) restaurant in downtown Englewood, has returned after taking a hiatus earlier this year.

The business is “back stronger” with a renovated and updated space along with an upgraded menu (View Menu).

Under the stewardship of Chef Justin Lee, they are returning as more of a casual concept.

The menu offers build-your-own and signature bowls featuring a mix of Chinese-inspired flavors.

And in another big change — they now offer meat (beef, chicken, shrimp) in addition to many vegan and vegetarian options.

It’s currently open six days (closed Mondays) a week.
