North Jersey Spot Lands on New York Times Best Restaurant List
This week the New York Times shared their choices for American’s Best Restaurants 2023 (Read Story).
This is their third annual list, compiled from “dozen reporters, editors and critics”, to find their “favorites”.
For the first time, a Bergen County restaurant was included.
Fat Choy opened only in August and “rewires Chinese and American-Chinese classics”.
Highlighted dishes include Not Quite Beef and Broccoli and Mr. Lee’s homage to General Tso.
