Tacoria, the “Mexican street kitchen” chain, has shared the opening date of their upcoming Edgewater location.

The brand began by a couple of Rutgers grads “who really love Mexican food”.

They already operate in Hoboken, New Brunswick, Morristown, Montclair, Paramus, Piscataway, Princeton, and Jersey City.

Food is made fresh daily with no freezers and features (View Menu) tacos, nachos, burritos, salads, quesadillas and more crafted with proteins like chicken, chorizo, and carne asada along with vegan options like rajas (roasted corn, poblano peppers), fried avocado, and brussels sprouts.

The chain was named among Jersey’s best tacos earlier this year (Read Story).

An opening is slated for Saturday, September 28th.
