Fat Choy, the highly lauded (Read Story) restaurant in downtown Englewood, returns this week after a taking a hiatus earlier this year.

The business is “back stronger” with a renovated and updated space along with an upgraded menu.

Under the stewardship of Chef Justin Lee, they are returning as more of a casual concept.

The menu will offer build-your-own and signature bowls featuring a mix of Chinese-inspired flavors.

And in another big change — they will now offer animal proteins (beef, chicken, shrimp) in addition to many vegan and vegetarian options.

According to their team, the storefront will open tomorrow on Tuesday, September 16th.
