Most Anticipated Bergen County Openings for 2022

It’s hard to believe this is the eighth time we’ve compiled our most anticipated list for the coming year. With so many places set to open, who knows what’s in store for next year?

Lots of restaurants are supposedly (things can always change, especially as the omicron variant continues it’s path) in the works ― here are a few we are looking forward to checking out in 2022…

Five Dimes Brewery in Westwood — This one made the list last year and it seemed like they would open before the new year. Initial plans were submitted in 2019 for Westwood’s first craft brewery, let’s raise a glass for an opening in 2022. (Website)

Gregorys Coffee in Paramus — The NYC coffee chain has sights on Bergen County. It’s currently slated to open on Route 17. (Read Original Story)

El Taco Bar in Closter — An authentic Mexican taqueria will eventual open at Heidenberg Plaza next to CVS. Ownership hopes to “transport guests to an authentic Mexican street stand. (Read Original Story)

Topgolf in Maywood — We have no idea if this is planned for this year, but we anticipate it highly anyway. For those unfamilair, Topgolf is a chain of modern driving ranges for groups to play games, eat food, and drink alcohol. (Read Original Story)

The Return of “Normal” in Everywhere — What does that even mean? We’re not sure what normal will be, but certainly appreciate having dined inside at various restaurants this past year…
