Five Dimes Brewery in Westwood Has Been Approved

Five Dimes Brewery, a brewery that has been in the works for downtown Westwood, has been granted variances by the town zoning board.

The limited brewery (craft brewery) is named after the longtime the longtime five and dime store L.N. Grand that it is replacing. Their team has been working to get their approval since at least late last year (Read Story).

Two approvals were made by the board, one allowing for the brewery and another for commercial use of their rooftop — get ready for an outdoor biergarten.

There’s still a long way to go, this is merely an early step, though it will certainly be exciting to craft beer fans in North Jersey.
