Fairway Market has announced it will close it’s Paramus location on Friday, May 15th. It was the first New Jersey location for Fairway when it opened at the Fashion Center back in 2009.

As reported previously (Read Article), Amazon purchased the leases of both Paramus and Woodland Park in early March – Fairway has continued to operate the location in order to “serve the community and preserve jobs”.

According to their press release, the closure will allow Fairway to “reallocate resources and maintain operations at the seven remaining locations” that they have continued to operate since “filing for voluntary petition under Chapter 11 in January 2020”.
