Saddle River Cafe, the almost 7 month old casual American eatery from restaurateur/chef Jamie Knott (Saddle River Inn, Cellar 335), has launched dinner.

This is a “working” menu (see below) according to Knott and there maybe some changes as they get into it. The dishes include various apps, salads and sandwiches plus meat and fish entrees with various sides and sauces. Knott says the menu is built on the same detail, focus and ingredient style he uses for food at the Inn.

Ingredients are heavily local with vegetable deliveries from Harvest Drop, meats from Pat LaFrieda and J. Vrola with seafood from Peter’s Fish Market.

Dinner service is available Tuesday thru Saturday from 5:00pm till 9:00pm.
