The Daily Meal has shared their list of The Best Taco in Every State – in particular the classic Mexican street taco. The ranking was based on their annual Best Tacos in America list, their own city editors from across the country, local rankings and review sites, ingredients, preparation, level of “local renown”, and authenticity.

Aguilas de Mexico in Newark (View Menu) was named for New Jersey, a relatively new shop that opened in 2012. Their Al Pastor taco was mentioned as a highlight, with excellent flavors of pork and pineapple.

According to the restaurant’s website, they are open six days (closed Tuesdays) beginning at 11:00am.
