The Daily Meal will forever (seemingly) share their onslaught of food lists with their readers, including The 50 Best Foodie Towns in America (View Full List).

Judging came in via restaurant variety, food creativity, and a series of “factors” – not just one thing but a “combination” according to the article.

Hoboken, the city to the south of our area, was the only Jersey place on the list. In it;s two square miles, highlights mentions were “stellar” Cuban diner food at La Isla (Website), roast beef with homemade mozzarella (it’s called mutz guys) at Fiore’s Deli, and giant pretzels at Pilsener Haus & Biergarten (Website).
