We don’t cozy up to owners and chefs so we can feel cool about ourselves. We also TRY to give businesses some time before sharing news that they’ve opened — it helps no one (other than Yelpers looking to be “first to review” and keep their Elitest status) to rush a new business as they try to get off the ground.
