Poke Bros, the chain of poke restaurants, is expanding their almost 20 restaurant portfolio to Secaucus.

The menu (View Menu) includes signature crafted bowls and the requisite custom.create your own variety. Proteins are salmon, tuna, shrimp, chicken and octopus with bases like rice, and salad. Other ingredients are items like edamame, carrots, masago, ginger, avocado, corn and many more. There’s a number of flavors (ie sauce) and toppings (seeds, nuts, chips, etc).

The deal was done by Cushman & Wakefield brokers David Townes (Profile) and Alana Friedman (Profile). No word yet on an opening date.
