The Kitchen in The Hudson Valley, a new restaurant and bar from Jason Wong (Mr. Wong’s Season’s; Piermont) and Stephen Henderson (The Kitchen; Englewood), has opened in the former Piermont location of Xavier’s.

Henderson was kind enough to share the launch dinner menu (see below) from chef Naftaly Salazar, who worked at Xavier’s for 30 years. As with most early restaurant menus, it’s likely a work in progress and will likely change with the seasonality of their offerings.

Reservations are currently available via OpenTable (Book Now) and the restaurant is open Wednesday thru Sunday.
