C. Greto’s, the modern Italian restaurant in East Rutherford, has launched it’s fall dinner menu.

There are many new additions including the SPINACH & APPLE SALAD (tossed in a Champagne Vinaigrette with Radicchio, Grapes and topped with Crumbled Bleu Cheese) and BUTTERNUT SUCCOTASH (Roasted Butternut Squash, Haricot Vert, Roasted Sweet Corn & Red Onions with Rosemary & Sage).

There’s also the new CAULIFLOWER SICILIANO (Pan Roasted Cauliflower with Celery, Cannellini Beans, Pignoli Nuts, Golden Raisins, Toasted Breadcrumbs) and CHICKEN & WAFFLES (Chef Ciro’s Modern Twist to this dish is the Roasted Garlic & Parmigiano Waffles with Tomato Jam, Baby Arugula & Fresh Mozzarella) and more.

The are available beginning today with the fall lunch menu launching soon.
