Taylor Ham, Egg & Cheese is Jersey’s Must Try Food
The Daily Meal took their state by state food views very local with their list of The Must-Try Food in All 50 States (Read Full Article).
Naturally they went and decided which state-specific delicacies were most needed for someone not familiar to to go and try.
And not a shock at all, the New Jersey food listed included our now famous Taylor Ham (yes, pork roll). In particular a sandwich comprised of Taylor ham, egg, and cheese. There’s not much else to explain, since you’ve likely had your share – though they did recommend the one being served at Tick Tock Diner in Clifton.
