New Brewery Rules Possibly Coming Very Soon to Jersey

After the uproar regarding new rules for breweries (Read Article) by the New Jersey Division of Alcohol Beverage Control and their quick repeal (Read Article), the state Assembly might get the final say according to a report from NJ.com (Read Article).

Planned rules will allow for various concessions including unlimited on-premises events, 12 off-site events, allow for food (but not run a restaurant) and menus from nearby eateries (duh), plus many more common sense policies.

This new proposal was introduced last week, thought it will require support from the rest of the Assembly as well as state senators.
