Lefkes, a new restaurant and bar, has debuted in Englewood Cliffs at the former home of American Cut and Assembly Steakhouse.

The Menu (View Menus) offerings include traditional Greek classics along with “modern flavors”. Ingredients will be sourced farm-to-table and prepared daily to the “highest of standards”. According to their press info, an “extraordinary Fish display is flown in daily”.

Executive Chef Anastatios Ntoumas, who is aiming to showcase his “French training and Greek heritage with his love in creating sustainable dishes that are globally inspired”. Ntoumas was named Chef of the Year in 2018 and 2017 by estiatoria.gr (a “prestigious” website) and is the ambassador for Greek Taste Beyond Borders.

Lefkes offers an extensive collection of wines and handcrafted cocktails featuring the classics and seasonal specialties.

Offering lunch eventually, dinner is served Monday to Thursday from 11:30am till 11pm, Friday to Saturday from 11:30am till 1am, and Sundays 11:30am till 11pm.
