Jason Wong and Stephen Henderson will be opening The Kitchen in The Hudson Valley, a new restaurant and bar in the former Xaviers location in Piermont.

Wong and Henderson plan on combing their former restaurants – including The Kitchen in Englewood, which Henderson operated for six years before switching gears as Romulus in 2015 and Mr. Wong’s Season’s – which Wong has operated since the closing of Xaviers. They plan on including the popular bite sized pass-arounds from The Ktichen, eats from Season’s menu, and new items with a Southern flair. The chef will be Naftaly Salazar, who worked at Xavier’s for 30 years.

Opening is set for October 31st, which they plan will be just in time for Hudson Valley Restaurant Week.
