Blue Moon Mexican Café has introduced a “more focused menu” that presents new items and keeps the “absolute favorites” at their various locations.

The new menu (View Menu) came about when owner/founder Howie Felixbrod heard feedback from many of his guests on what they liked best and were looking for. The result is new entrees like Carne Arrachera (grilled marinated skirt steak topped with roasted jalapenos) and the Texas Moon (giant burrito stuffed with barbecued ancho brisket, Mexican rice, refried beans and melted cheese). Other new items include Tacos De Golfo (white corn tortillas stuffed with grilled shrimp, grilled pineapple and, chimichurri sauce) and the vegetarian Chipotle Black Bean Tacos.
