Dumpling Den, a new restaurant on Main Street, has opened in Fort Lee.

Taking over for Bing’s Burgers, the restaurant specializes in dumplings (naturally) that are Shanghai style including soup dumplings. There’s also steamed buns, signature dumplings, baos and more – available steamed or pan fried. In addition, the menu features noodles, soups and other Chinese dishes like stir frys and rice dishes (see menu below).

The restaurant is owned by the same team that runs Q Tea Tapas across the street (and budding chain Poke n’ Ramen 360).
