Each category has one winner for North, Central and South Jersey and a minimum of one critic’s pick.

Area wins included It’s Greek to Me (Cliffside Park, Fort Lee, Englewood, Ridgewood, Westwood; Website) for Greek, Veggie Heaven (Teaneck; Website) for Vegetarian, Rutt’s Hut (Clifton; Website) for Hot Dogs.

Local critic’s picks included Balthazar (Englewood; Website) for Bakery, Fink’s BBQ (Dumont; Website) for BBQ, Piccolo’s Gastronomia (Ridgefield; Website) for Italian Deli, Elia (East Rutherford; Website) for Greek — among the others.
