Restaurant Latour in Hamburg Makes Wine Hall of Fame
Restaurant Latour, the restaurant and bar at Crystal Springs Resort, has added a new honor to the many accolades for it’s expansive wine cellar (it’s huge, we’ve seen it) – induction into the Wine Enthusiast America’s Best Wine Restaurant Hall of Fame.
As a yearly member of Wine Enthusiast’s 100 Best Restaurant list, they were promoted to the magazine’s newly created Restaurant Hall of Fame. Joining some very well known and highly respected spots like The French Laundry, Per Se, Daniel, Gramercy Tavern and Eleven Madison Park (there are over 30 in total in the inaugural class), Latour is the only one from New Jersey.
Overseen by Crystal Springs Resort COO Robby Younes and wine director Susanne Wagner, the Wine Cellar at Crystal Springs currently houses more than 105,000 bottles.
