Truly Sichuan, an “upscale” Chinese restaurant specializing in “authentic” Sichuan (or Szechuan) cuisine, has opened in Ridgewood.
From classic Chinese favorites to the well known spicy dishes of Sichuan cuisine, the menu (View Menu) encompasses many apps, soups, seafood, beef, pork, vegetable and noodle dishes.
