Opening Alert: The Hill, Closter, NJ

The Hill, a new American restaurant and bar from Chef Ben Pollinger, has opened in Closter. Pollinger was previously Executive chef of Oceana (NYC) when they were awarded one Michelin star.

The menu (View Menu) is broken into three courses (apps, entrees and desserts). Entrees are in the $30 range – topping at $44 for the seasonal soft shell crabs – and are expected to change fairly frequently. There’s also a beer and wine menu listed.

Right now they are just open for dinner service six days a week (Tuesday-Sunday).
