Firehouse Subs, the chain of sandwich shops, is coming to Hackensack according to signage in Hackensack Commons.

The award-winning fast casual chain, serves steamed premium meats and cheeses on toasted rolls with fresh produce and condiments. It was founded by former firefighting brothers and features a “firehouse décor”, typically decorated with firefighter memorabilia from a local fire dept.

Each Firehouse Subs has a custom, hand-painted mural that pays tribute to the local community by Joe Puskas, their Chief Mural Artist.

The menu (View Menu) features medium and large hot specialty subs and more. They are typically open daily and offer curbside pickup.
