Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar, the wine and burger concept, has included a new patty option to their menu.

Guests dining with the chain will now have three burger choices: Certified Angus Beef, American-style Kobe Beef and a Certified Angus Beef/Prime Rib blended patty. This patty first appeared in a French Dip burger as one of their weekly burger specials.

It became the special’s best seller, with guests asking for it on the menu… The blend is ground fresh at least twice a day, just like the regular and Kobe patties.
