Highly touted BBQ restaurant Red White and Que, which was named best in the state by Thrillist (Read Full Article), has opened a location Wayne in the former Momma’s Boys storefront.

The shop is co-owned by Dan Misuraca (a former marine) and his wife Katie, serves a menu (View Menu) of on-site smoked meats using only Certified Angus Beef and Duroc Pork including Carolina pulled pork, St. Louis cut ribs, brisket, smoked chicken and local sausage. Traditional bbq sides like potato salad, mac and cheese, collard greens and baked beans are all homemade.

Red White and Que is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
