Wich-One, a new fusion sandwich shop, has opened in Cliffside Park.

The menu (View Menu) features sandwiches and bowls (with white rice, lettuce or cauliflower rice) using Asian inspired flavors to create a new concept. Bread is sourced from local bakers, produce and proteins are all “farm raised”. Sandwiches include a “Korean” cheesesteak and Teryaki Chicken served with sauces like Spicy Gojuchang, Sriracha, Gojuchang Aioli and Sriracha Aioli — all of which (or wich) are made from scratch.

Ordering is done at the counter, with customers custom creating their dishes with the various ingredients and sauces.  Wich-One has some seating available and is currently open six days (closed Sunday) for lunch and dinner.
