Krug Champagne Dinner at Crystal Springs is December 14th

On Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 7pm, Restaurant Latour, New Jersey’s award-winning four-star destination for inspired dining, will host a champagne-filled evening with the legendary house of Krug. A seven-course affair set in the restaurant’s impressive wine cellar, the dinner will thoughtfully pair an adventurous menu with selective champagnes from Krug’s famed profile, including the Krug Grand Cuvee Brut and newly launched 2004 Krug Brut. It’s also a rare chance to meet Crystal Springs Resort Executive Chef Anthony Bucco, who has designed the evening’s culinary lineup.

Each course on the featured menu, which includes Canapes, Belon Oyster with Uni and Cavier, Langoustine with a Salsify and Vanilla, Chestnut Raviolo with Hen’s Egg and White Truffle, Foie Gras with Sweet Potato and Quince, Pheasant with Apple and Black Truffle, Cheeses, and Mignardise, has been strategically imagined to complement its bubbly counterpart to perfection for the ultimate tasting experience.
