Dill Fresh Mediterranean Grill, bringing a “fresh, unique take” on Mediterranean food, has opened in New City.

The menu (View Menu) features gyro, schwarma, kofte, and falafel — where you can build your own as a wrap, pira, rice bowl or salad bowl with choice of protein, dips, extras and sauce — plus a full range of artisan olive oils, salts, spices, syrups and other products for sale.

Dill is aiming to become the first restaurant in Rockland County to compost their food waste, with all of the takeout products being 100% biodegradable, compostable or recyclable. In addition to takeout, they offer dine-in and delivery options.
